USEPA WWW Server
Information provided by the United States Environmental Protection Agency.
Envirofacts Warehouse
A relational database that allows you to retrieve environmental
information from EPA databases on Superfund sites, drinking
water, toxic and air releases, hazardous waste, water discharge
permits, and grants information. Use online queries to retrieve
data or generate maps of environmental information. Databases
include TRI, CERCLA and RCRA.
Enviro$en$e

Part of the U.S. EPA's web site, Enviro$en$e provides a single repository for
pollution prevention, compliance assurance, and enforcement information and
databases. There is also a search engine which searches multiple web sites
(inside and outside of EPA).

USEPA Atmospheric Pollution Prevention Division
Provides information on energy efficiency and P2 (including the
Energy Star and Green Lights Programs), along with Fact Sheets
and publication listings.

SAGE - Solvent Alternative Guide
Information on solvent and process alternatives for parts cleaning
and degreasing. Also, a comprehensive list of existing and new
cleaning technologies, and ideas for minimizing waste.
Joint Service Pollution Prevention Technical Library
This site contains a variety of P2 information from the U.S. Department of Defense
including data sheets on electroplating and finishing, hazardous materials/hazardous management, ozone depleting substances, painting/depainting, petroleum, oils, and
lubricants, and more. Major elements of this site include the Joint Services P2
Opportunity Handbook and the Defense Logistics Agency's Environmental Products
Catalog.

Technical Information Services
Environment, health, and safety information from the U.S. Department
of Energy. This site contains information on EPA Chemical Fact Sheets,
MSDS Sheets for hundreds of chemicals, and the Environmental Health
and Safety technical reference library.
Office of Industrial Productivity and Energy Assessment
This site contains P2 and waste minimization research activities currently underway
in the areas of soy-based inks, waste assessment data tracking, and alternative P2
implementation schemes. The OIPEA is located at Rutgers University.
Clean Air Act Amendments (CAAA)
This site provides information about the 1990 Clean Air Act Amendments including descriptions of Title I through Title V. Information about regulations regarding ozone, carbon monoxide, particulates, tail pipe emissions, emission reductions, and more is presented here.
NTTC Environamental Page
This site contains news, technologies, and resources from the National Technology
Transfer Center (NTTC), along with links to other enviromental sites.
National
Pollution Prevention Roundtable
NPPR is the largest membership organization in the United States devoted
solely to pollution prevention. The NPPR site has a wealth of P2 information,
including the
NPPR Yellow Pages,
a list of organizations and contacts sorted by state.

Great Lakes Information Network
This site includes environmental
and P2 in formation related to the Great Lakes region. GLIN also
hosts the
P2Tech Pollution Prevention Archives, information on a variety of
subjects from the P2Tech list-serve.
